The STM32WBA6 features up to 2 Mbytes of flash memory and 512 Kbytes of RAM, with up to 86 GPIOs and USB high-speed support for advanced connectivity. It also provides design flexibility with various package options to meet different design requirements.
The STM32WBA6 wireless MCU is suitable for use in applications such as wearable healthcare and wellness monitors, animal collars, electronic locks, remote weather sensors, and more.
This wireless MCU also embeds SESIP3 and PSA Level 3 certifiable security assets, such as cryptographic accelerators, TrustZone® isolation, random number generators, and product lifecycle management features that will help ST customers achieve compliance with the upcoming RED and CRA regulations.
