  • ST25R3916 Reader ICs
    The ST25R3916 is a high-performance NFC universal device. It supports NFC initiator, NFC target, NFC reader and NFC card emulation modes. Including an advanced Analog Front End (AFE), the ST25R3916 also features high RF output power to directly drive antennas at high efficiency.
  • ST25DV-I2C NFC/RFID dynamic tags
    Theses tag ICs offer an RF interface working at 13.56 MHz and based on ISO/IEC 15693 and NFC Forum Type 5 tag protocols, as well as a I2C wired interface. These tags also offer a fast transfer mode for communication between an embedded host and an NFC phone or reader, thanks to their half-duplex 256-byte buffer.
