Product details

ST25R3916B Reader IC: The ST25R3916B is a high-performance, universal device supporting NFC initiator, NFC target, NFC reader and NFC card emulation modes. It features an advanced analog front end and high RF output power to efficiently drive antennas. The ST25R3916B is designed to operate over a wide power supply range (2.4 to 5.5 V from -20 °C to +105 °C), and a wide peripheral IO voltage range (from 1.65 to 5.5 V). Due to this combination of high RF output power, low power modes, and wide supply range, these devices are perfectly suited for infrastructure NFC applications.

ST25R3920B Reader IC: The ST25R3920B is high-performance device supporting automotive NFC applications. It features an advanced analog front end (AFE) and high RF output power to efficiently drive antennas. The ST25R3920B is designed to operate over a wide power supply range (2.4 to 5.5 V from -20 °C to +125 °C), and a wide peripheral IO voltage range (from 1.65 to 5.5 V). Due to this combination of high RF output power, low power modes, and wide supply range, these devices are perfectly suited for NFC automotive applications like access door handle and card detection in the central console.
