Join us for this webinar to learn about the 32-Mbit Page EEPROM using a new memory architecture that enables data flexibility with fast write and program operations.
The 32-Mbit Page EEPROM is the ideal device for both data and code management, with the ability to read/write down to the individual byte level, a write-cycle endurance 5x greater, and data retention 10x greater than competing devices. The Page EEPROM facilitates robust and flexible datalogging. Moreover, in-field firmware updates can be virtually transparent for the application thanks to ultra-fast erase and program operations assisted by a high-speed Quad-SPI interface. Lastly, ultra-low power performance, along with fast boot times, makes this memory perfect for mobile IoT applications such as compact IoT modules powered by small batteries or solar cells.
